New Year Resolution Just Not Good Enough!
Let’s face it, it has been a long tradition that everyone resets their pride when the clock struck 12 at midnight to welcome the New Year.
Every new year is an opportunity to do something different… to make a positive change in your live… to work smarter so you can get that position or salary that will change your life.
Some people might even make up some New Year Resolution just to be apart of this mass peer pressure.
The media talks about it, your friends, your co-workers, Everyone short of your dog or cat or fish or whatever pet fetish you are into, talks about this darn New Year Resolution they set.
By the end of 2020, it’s most likely you’ll feel the same as it was the end of 2019. You are just too busy or do not have time or you just don’t give a hoot anymore about what you said in the beginning of the year. It does not matter anyways!

Commit To One New Habit for 90 Days
How about the start of this next decade, instead, try create a New Habit for the next 3 months. As studies and books have shown that it takes about 30 days for humans to form a new habit and additional 60 days to solidify this habit into a new routine.
I challenge you to form ONEÂ New Habit no matter how small it is.
10 Simple Morning Habits that Super Charge Your Day!
Examples:
Put your shoes away every time you come thru the door.
30 mins of exercise that makes you sweat everyday.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator when possible.
Stop consuming alcohol for 90 days.
Say NO to midnight snacks!
Go to bed before 10pm and get up at 5am everyday
Shower at least once a day!
You get the idea. Commit to ONE simple Habit change for the next 90 Days! Do it! Write it down and start tomorrow!
Forget New Year Resolution. Pick a new Habit and make it happen! You can do this! You got this!

Tell your roommate, your spouse, someone who you will see everyday about this New Habit so they can also make you accountable.
