Here are a few suggestions of a simple yet challenging morning habits.
Which ever one you pick, you must do EVERYDAY for the next 90 days!
Pick ONE to start. Not 2 or 3. Just ONE! Repeat it for 90 days Everyday.
- Get OUT OF BED EARLY ( by 4AM or 5AM or 5:30AM )
- Make your bed every morning
- Push ups or Squads or ONE simple exercise routine ( after brushing your teeth )
- Look up to the sign above your door frame
- Put on a POWER POST (posture) for 2 mins
- Go for your daily walk/run/exercise
- Drink 2 glasses of water
- Meditate or sit still and be quiet for 5 mins
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Have a great laugh! Smile and talk smack to your in the mirror

-> If you missed one day, you need to Start Over.
That's the game.
-> Once you truly make 30 days, You have the discipline to add ONE more.
-> Maximum of 3 New Habits challenge at any point.
Don't get overwhelmed.
-> Only after 90 days of no misses on one Habit, you can celebrate and replace with a new one!
